By creating an account or using RideInsight, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it, you grant RideInsight permission to display and distribute it within the platform so the app can function. You're responsible for having the right to post what you upload — don't post photos that aren't yours to share.

Acceptable use

Don't use RideInsight to harass, threaten or impersonate people; post illegal content, spam or malware; scrape the site or hammer it with automated requests; or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours. Accounts that do these things may be suspended or removed.

Vehicle data and estimates

Specifications, valuations, running costs and performance figures shown on RideInsight are estimates for comparison purposes only. They come from third-party sources and our own calculations, and they will sometimes be wrong. Don't rely on them for a purchase, insurance, registration or any other decision with money attached. Verify with the manufacturer or seller.

Parts, fitment and affiliate links

The builder is a visualisation tool. Parts shown on a vehicle may not fit that vehicle, and prices change without notice. Confirm fitment and price with the retailer before you buy. Some outbound links are affiliate links, and RideInsight may earn a commission from purchases made through them at no extra cost to you. We aren't a party to your transaction with any retailer and can't help with their orders, shipping or returns.

Meets and marketplace

Car meets and marketplace listings are created by users, not by RideInsight. We don't verify listings, vet attendees or inspect vehicles. Meet people in public places, inspect anything before you buy it, and use your judgement — you're dealing with the other person, not with us.

Availability

RideInsight is provided as-is, without warranty. It may go down, lose data, or change features. Keep your own copies of anything you'd hate to lose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RideInsight isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made on the basis of estimated vehicle data or parts information.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
